I'm excited to share details about my recent presentation of "Reimagining Language in Organizational & Systems Thinking," a study I'm passionately working on. This presentation took place on January 4, 2024, during a roundtable session, where I received invaluable feedback.

Background and Inspiration: As a neurodivergent individual, I've always been intrigued by the power of language in shaping our professional and educational landscapes. This curiosity led me to delve into how inclusive versus non-inclusive language influences organizational development and learning.

Methodology: Employing a qualitative approach, my study uses reflexive thematic analysis. This method involves a deep examination of existing literature on educational and organizational leadership. I focused particularly on how language forms and alters professional identity, behaviors, and socialization processes.

Objective and Impact: The core aim of my research is to champion inclusivity in professional communication. I believe that altering how we use language in professional settings can create more inclusive, understanding, and productive work environments. Ultimately, this research could significantly influence educational policies and organizational practices.

Looking Ahead: The feedback from the roundtable session has been instrumental in refining my study. I'm enthusiastic about this research's potential impact on making our workplaces more inclusive and empathetic. Stay tuned for more updates as the study progresses!
